Inpatient Stabilization, Substance Abuse, PTSD and Outpatient Programs
Active-duty military members, veterans and first responders often face difficult mental health challenges, including trauma, depression and substance abuse. To make things worse, stigma still acts as a significant barrier in preventing them from seeking the help they need. Holly Hill Hospital is here to help.
We offer quality behavioral health, diagnostic and treatment services for servicemen and women, veterans and first responders. Features of these programs include:
- Specialized care tailored to the unique needs of active-duty service members and veterans
- A nationwide network of specialty programs
- Close collaboration between facility staff and Military Commanders and VA Care Coordinators
- Evidence-based programming with a focus on reintegration, resilience and post-traumatic growth
- Streamlined admission process and expedient discharge planning
Our military and first responder programs include:
Acute Inpatient Stabilization
Short-term inpatient psychiatric care focused on safety, rapid stabilization and symptom management.
Military Residential Program
Extended, structured inpatient treatment for active-duty service members, veterans and law enforcement, emphasizing trauma-informed care and discharge planning.
Military-Specific Outpatient Services
Step-down levels of care designed for military populations, offering continued treatment and support with in-person and virtual options. This includes both a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (PHP).
Fitness Center
Our fitness center is available for patients to use for therapeutic exercises. These are highly targeted movements that are designed for a particular purpose, unlike general exercises such as jogging or weightlifting.
- Strengthening exercises: Activities that make your muscles work harder than usual, increasing strength, size and power. These can be performed with body weight or resistance.
- Stretching exercises: Designed to improve flexibility, which is crucial for maintaining joint health and preventing injuries.
- Balance and coordination exercises: Activities like yoga that focus on maintaining an individual’s center of gravity and improving smooth, accurate, controlled motor responses.
- Aerobic conditioning exercises: Aimed at improving cardiovascular endurance, which is essential for overall health and fitness.
We Treat and Employ Veterans
Our facility is an active participant in our community in educating veterans about the COMPACT and Missions Acts.
