Visiting Hours and Phone Times
Staying connected to your loved one throughout treatment is not only encouraging for both the family and the patient, it can be pivotal in the process of recovery. Holly Hill wants to keep you in touch with your loved ones, and providing visitation time is one way we do that.
General Visitation & Phone Rules
- A confidential ID number is issued to each patient at the time of admission. Due to patient confidentiality, only the adult patient or legal guardian of a minor patient may give out this number. Any visitor calling or coming in must have the ID number.
- All visitors will be required to present valid identification prior to visiting.
- No more than two visitors are allowed at one time.
- Children under the age of 13 may not visit.
- Phone call duration may be limited based on the therapy schedule. Patients may not make or receive phone calls during group times.
Day of Discharge: The therapist will coordinate a discharge date based on the individualized treatment plan. Please note that all discharges occur before 11 am, and transportation needs must be arranged prior to that time.
Main Adult Hospital will resume visitation on Tuesday, April 5th. Please review the visitation schedules for additional information.
